IF DESIGN AWARDS 2026

This 250 m² seaside apartment was designed to offer a calm and fluid living experience. Inspired by the movement of waves, the project is shaped through curvilinear geometries that function not only as an aesthetic language but also as a system defining spatial organization, circulation, and functionality.

Instead of sharp boundaries, the interior was designed with seamless transitions to emphasize continuity and spatial flow. The curvilinear design language extends through furniture, surfaces, and architectural details, enhancing visual unity, ergonomics, and user comfort. A continuous cabinetry system stretching from the entrance to the living areas was designed to function both as storage and as a spatial divider.

A restrained material palette was combined with contrasting textures and wood surfaces to create rhythm and depth within the space. Through energy-efficient lighting, durable materials, and a sustainable production approach, the project was designed as a timeless interior with reduced environmental impact.
