The main concept behind the apartment hotel is to create a luxurious guest house experience similar to a 7-star hotel. Each room is uniquely designed with distinct colors and functions, leaning towards a gold color scheme and incorporating vertical and horizontal forms for enhanced design. Despite the individual room designs, there is an overarching cohesive concept throughout the entire apartment.
The interior construction of the apartment took 3 months, while the design phase required an additional month. Key materials used include lacquered finishes, PVD claddings, and mirrors, all chosen for their aesthetic and functional qualities. The apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people at a time, with the goal of showcasing luxury in various ways in each room. Special attention was paid to selecting unique materials for each room to avoid repetition and ensure a cohesive yet luxurious feel.
The entrance, which serves as a focal point, features ribbed lacquered wood, flat mirrors, and shiny white lacquered elements to emphasize the overall concept of the apartment.
