The project aims to create a comfortable and luxurious living space tailored to the needs of a family with two daughters. The 350m² house includes two living rooms, a kitchen, two toddler rooms, a laundry room, a guest bedroom, bathrooms, and a 150m² terrace, all designed to harmonize in a modern and unique style.Dark colors are elegantly incorporated into the design, with various tones selected from the same color family such as grey and other dark hues, reflecting the client’s preferred palette.The 55m² living room is centered around a TV that doubles as a PlayStation, with ample storage for related equipment provided by large cabinets. Wood joints adorn the walls throughout the house, adding a cohesive element.The master bedroom features two dressing rooms connected to a shared master bathroom, designed luxuriously with a color scheme of dark grey and brass. The bathroom includes a minimal hammam and a continuing bathtub, accentuated by ribbed marble on the walls.Children’s rooms are decorated with a blend of pink and green colors, complemented by curvilinear forms and rustic brass accents. The corridors maintain the same wall design language to bring harmony throughout the house. The powder room exudes luxury with rustic brass mirrors and wall coverings.
